Oven repair
Electric, gas and built-in oven repair.
We handle heating element, fan, thermostat and control board faults, plus ignition on gas ovens. Built-in models need careful disassembly, which we're comfortable with.

Why it matters
Equipment and systems we service
We work on every format commonly installed in Morocco.
- Freestanding electric oven
The most common home format, top/bottom elements with optional fan, 50-70 litre capacity.
- Gas oven (LPG)
Common in traditional kitchens, running on LPG bottle or town gas, main faults on ignition and safety thermocouple.
- Built-in oven
Fitted in a cabinet column, standardised 60 cm format, careful dismantling to preserve thermal insulation and cabinetry.
- Multifunction fan-forced oven
Interior fan for even heat distribution, ideal for baking and pastry, needs regular fan and filter cleaning.
- Pyrolytic self-cleaning oven
500°C self-clean cycle that carbonises residue, uses specific door seals that wear faster than a standard oven.
- Combi microwave oven
Combines microwave with conventional oven functions; frequent faults on magnetron, transformer and safety interlock.
Our intervention process
A simple, transparent flow — from first message to a fully working unit.
- 1Element and thermostat test
Multimeter test of each heating element, thermostat test, and electrical-safety check before any dismantling begins.
- 2Ignition check (gas ovens)
For gas ovens: spark check, safety thermocouple, gas valve, plus a foam-solution leak test.
- 3Replace faulty parts
Most-replaced parts: top or bottom element, convection fan, thermostat, door seal, interior lamp.
- 4Temperature calibration
After the repair we use an internal thermometer to confirm 180°C shown = 180°C actual in the cavity (a 15°C offset is common on older ovens).
- 5Door seal and safety test
Confirm tight door closure (no thermal leaks), verify the safety lock on pyrolytic models, and check the interior light.
Signs you need this service
If you notice any of these symptoms, get in touch fast — waiting typically makes the repair more expensive.
- Oven doesn't heat, or heats abnormally slowly
- Actual temperature is far off the setting
- Grill element no longer works
- Interior fan doesn't spin
- Door no longer seals (heat leak)
- Gas smell when starting (gas oven — urgent)
- Intermittent ignition or no ignition
- Sparks or smoke inside the oven
