    Error code diagnosis

    Read the error code from the display or LED sequence, then test the sensors (level, temperature, spray turbine).

    Hydraulic circuit check

    Filters, drain pump, spray arms, inlet valve and hoses are all checked — 80% of faults originate here.

    Descaling and deep clean

    Descale the heating element and spray arms, clean the salt regenerator, and verify the water-hardness setting.

    Replace worn parts

    Most-replaced parts: drain pump, heating element, inlet solenoid, seals, and control board in more advanced cases.

    Full test cycle

    After the repair we run a full empty cycle to validate heating, washing, rinsing and draining before handing back.

Why does my dishwasher leave dishes unclean?
Common causes: bottom-basket filters clogged, spray arms fouled with limescale or food debris, or low regenerating salt. A cleaning may fix it — otherwise call us before the pump gives up.
Do I really need to add dishwasher salt?
Yes — mandatory in Morocco because the water is hard. The salt activates the built-in softener and protects the heating element. Without it, the element burns out in under 2 years.
My dishwasher won't drain — what to do?
First: cut the power, hand-drain the water, then remove and clean the bottom filter. If the problem persists, the drain pump is clogged or dead — we replace it in the same visit.
Do you fix all brands?
Yes — Bosch, Siemens, Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, Beko, Brandt and more. We're authorized on the major brands and our intervention preserves the manufacturer warranty.
How much does replacing the drain pump cost?
Between 400 and 700 MAD including part, labour and warranty, depending on the brand. Usually fixed same-visit if the part is in stock.
How do I extend my dishwasher's lifespan?
4 habits: clean the bottom filter every 2 weeks, keep the salt tank topped up, run a 70°C cycle with a dedicated cleaner every 2 months, and remove big food scraps before loading. A well-cared-for unit lasts 12-15 years instead of 6.
Should I repair or replace?
Rule of thumb: if repair costs less than 40% of a new unit and the machine is under 8 years old, repairing wins. Older with stacked faults, we honestly recommend replacement.
