Do you supply the AC unit itself?
Yes — we can supply the AC with the install (distributor pricing), or fit a unit you bought yourself. Sizing and model advice is free on WhatsApp.
How many BTU do I need for my room?
Rough rule: about 600 BTU per m³ (30 m² × 3 m ceiling = 90 m³ × 600 = 54000 BTU… with corrections for insulation, sun exposure, occupancy). A pre-install visit gives an exact figure — don't guess.
How long does a split install take?
Simple install (both units on the same wall): 3-4 hours. With longer copper runs or a tricky outdoor mount, plan on a full day. Multi-Split or VRF: 2 to 5 days.
Is the installation guaranteed?
Yes — 2-year warranty on installation and labour. Any water or refrigerant leak tied to our work is fixed free. The unit itself keeps its manufacturer warranty; our approved install preserves it.
What's the difference between Inverter and On/Off?
On/Off runs at full power or stops (noise, high consumption, temperature swings). Inverter continuously modulates (quiet, 30-40% energy savings, stable temperature). Inverter costs 15-25% more upfront but pays back in 2 years.
What mistakes void the manufacturer warranty?
3 major mistakes: install by a non-authorized fitter, no vacuum-pump purge (residual internal moisture), and the wrong refrigerant type charged (R32 instead of R410A, for example). Our install is authorized and follows manufacturer protocols.
